Northern Wild is an American band from New York, NY formed by cousins Ben, (vocals) Juno, (keyboards, piano, guitar, drums, vocals) and Troy (drums, piano, guitar, vocals). Supporting members include Anastasia Collins (keyboards, guitar), and William Knowles (bass) who have toured and performed live with the band since 2000. They are best known for the 1990 hit song "Crusin'" from their major label debut album Middle of Yesterday, which earned ten Grammy awards. Despite the enormous commercial success of Middle of Yesterday, the band suffered from the merger that eliminated their label, Crazytown Records. The group was moved to Wildflower Records, which they eventually left after a conflict with the label.
Northern Wild has sold over 400 million records worldwide and have had 70 top 40 albums and 2 top 40 singles in the US, as well as 200 top 40 singles in the UK. The band now records under its own label, Three Blind Mice.
